Hard to figure out

Just purchased your product. It has no instructions or help menus. It wont let my itunes play over my airport express network to my stereo. All I get is a weak sound coming out of my MAc. Before I give up and return the product perhaps you could assist. My questions include:
how do I get the program to let me send the sound where I want it (right now it wont let iTunes send music to my aiport expresses)
is it best to leave sounds adjustment at your defaults or to tinker? I dont know what effect any of your options provide (e.g. upsampling, linear/non linear, gapless versus non gapless etc) - and ther is no explanation
When itunes window is displayed your icon disappears - do I have to close itunes each time to find your icon? I have had to repeately go to Spotlight to fid the program.
What exactly is the program doing that is suppose to improve sound quality?

I have send a request for assistance. Still no reply. Disappointed.
