First. Get FLAC files..

Second. Convert FLAC to Apple Lossless - I used FLAC Tunes FLAC Converter / I wanted to convert my FLAC files to AppleLossless and use BitPerfect with USB2 direct connect for higher resolution playback in my home audio system. I give it 4 stars because it is quick and easy. It doesnt work with AirPlay / the fix is more than I wanted to deal with. Otherwise for HDA files it’s good and cost effective. It will play at double the resolution of a VLC playerer playing FLAC files. For iTunes users I grabbed and for DAC USB2 playback.
